(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO Masanobu Komoda; hereinafter Mitsui Fudosan) is Mitsui's first newly built rental laboratory facility, and is close to the city center of the rental lab & office business "Mitsui Lab & Office" We are pleased to announce that the second installment of Mitsui Link Lab Shinkiba 1 has opened. Mitsui Fudosan's new asset class, Mitsui Fudosan's new asset class, Mitsui Fudosan's new asset class "Mitsui Lab & Office" business, following office buildings, housing, commercial facilities, hotels and resorts, and logistics facilities, will move to the next phase.
