Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Masanobu Komoda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan") is pleased to announce that Mitsui Fudosan's first new rental lab facility, has opened Mitsui Link Lab Shinkiba 1, the second step closer to the city center of the Mitsui Lab & Office business. Mitsui Fudosan's new asset class "Mitsui Lab & Office" business, following office buildings, housing, commercial facilities, hotels and resorts, and logistics facilities, will move into the next phase.
