On July 25, 2025 (Friday), at the Pizza Cafe Space at Mitsui Link Lab Shinkiba 3, "Connect with Pizza! Shinkiba Meetup event (sponsored by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.)
On the day of the event, snacks and drinks such as pizza were freely enjoyed, and many people participated.
In this Meetup, you were free to fill in "hobby" and "add name you want to call" in the name tag given at the reception. Many people used stickers such as pets (dogs and cats), music, sports (baseball / basketball), alcohol!
In some cases, companies that had previously been in the same property but had no contact points were having conversations with each other through topics on pizza and hobbies, which triggered new connections between residents.
From the participants, "I participated in the event for the first time, but I had a very good time." "I didn't know that there was a pizza sales in Shinkiba 3 so far, so I would like to use it with internal members in the future I would like to use it."
Mitsui Link Lab will continue to plan the creation of a place where tenants can interact with each other through their titles and research fields.
