For three days from August 22 (Fri) to 24 (Sun), 2025, at Mitsui Link Lab Shinkiba 3, "LINK-lab Summer Experience Event Link-lab Summer Experience - Create, Play, and Inspire! -" was held. This event is hosted by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., and is in charge of planning and operation by Toho Leo Co., Ltd. With the theme of nature, art, and science, we have prepared a variety of hands-on programs that parents and children can enjoy. On each day, the following workshops for parents and children and hands-on content were developed in the venue, and visitors enjoyed it!

- "Building a Dream Boat" Workshop
Taking advantage of the characteristics of Shinkiba, which has developed as a lumber accumulation area, we produce original boats using landfill waste materials and scraps. Gaetan Kubo, a lecturer at Tama Art University, was invited as an artist, supervision and planning lecturer, and parents and children enjoyed their work while learning about the history and environment of the city of Shinkiba, and floated a completed boat in an outdoor tank. There were many children who were happy.
- "Pizza making experience"
A full-fledged handmade pizza experience that is usually offered at LINK-Cafe. Topping your favorite ingredients as much as you like, and you can taste the baked pizza on the spot, which was very popular!
- "Science Quiz Challenge"
Parents and children challenge quizzes on science! A lot of people participated because they could get soft ice cream while having fun.
Through this event, I am very pleased that it was a memorable summer time for many families.
