Accumulation of “Central Wet Labs”
The Shinkiba / Toyocho area is a hot spot where full-scale labs are opened one after another, and has excellent access to Tokyo Station and Haneda Airport. We aim to be a R&D cluster where all stakeholders, including academics, startups, investors, large corporations, and R&D support companies, can gather together.

Science concierge
Experts from pharmaceutical companies provide a wide range of support from research support to business strategy, funding, and intellectual property consultation. Accompanying services that support the acceleration and commercialization of research by snuggle up to the issues of residents.
Common Equipment Room

LINK-Stock
As a "convenience store" for researchers, a store where you can purchase reagents and consumables immediately from one point. We also provide expensive equipment rental and experimental support services, greatly improving the convenience and speed of research sites.
Share lab
Provides laboratory space that can be used on a bench basis. Create an environment where you can flexibly start research on startup scale and project-based, corresponding to short-term and hourly lending. Efficient research is possible in collaboration with common equipment.

Residents' Exchange Meeting

An interview article introducing the research contents and vision of the tenant companies. By widely communicating the appeal of the facility and the voices of residents, it is possible to widely know how to use the link lab.
Seminars for tenants
Regularly hold highly specialized seminars such as biosafety and research ethics. Support the creation of an environment where researchers can engage in research with peace of mind by improving their knowledge and ensuring thorough safety management.
Tenant Information Dissemination Support
In cooperation with LINK-J, press releases and event information of tenants are widely disseminated on notices in the building, e-mail magazine, and Link Lab official website. Provide information dissemination support services that support corporate awareness and social implementation of research results.
Dissemination of information from facilities
Actively disseminate facility initiatives and research support activities through Link Lab's e-mail magazine, official website, and events. Cooperation with the outside and promotion of new occupancy by introducing residents' activities and communicating the appeal of facilities.
Art event
An event aimed at the fusion of science and art. In addition to stimulating the sensitivity of researchers and enhancing creativity, it also functions as a place for promoting exchange within facilities and creating new value.
