１．Construction of a wooden rental office building with a total floor area of approximately 28,000 m2, the largest and highest floors in Japan, 18 floors above ground, 84 m tall, and a total floor area of ^{approximately 28,000 m2}
We have introduced a number of wooden and fire-resistant technologies that are the first to be applied in Japan, and use more than 1,100 m³ of domestic timber, including forests owned by the Mitsui Fudosan Group, as structural materials. Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, we expect to reduce _CO2 emissions during construction by about 30% (*1) in the frame.
