１．Construction of wooden rental office buildings with the largest and highest floors in Japan, 18 floors above ground, 84m high and total floor area of approximately 28,00^0m2
We have introduced a large number of wooden and fire-resistant technologies that will be applied for the first time in Japan, and use more than 1,100m³ domestic timber, including the Mitsui Fudosan Group's forests, as structural materials. Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, it is assumed that CO₂ emissions during construction will be reduced by approximately 30% in the frame (*1).
