1.Construction of a wooden rental office building with a total floor area of approximately 28,000 m2, the largest and highest floors in Japan, 18 floors above ground, 84 m tall, and a total floor area of approximately 28,000 m2
We have introduced a number of wooden and fire-resistant technologies that are the first to be applied in Japan, and use more than 1,100 m3 of domestic timber, including forests owned by the Mitsui Fudosan Group, as structural materials. Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, we expect to reduce CO2 emissions during construction by about 30% (*1) in the frame.
