We introduced a large number of wooden and fire-resistant technologies, which are the first application in Japan, and use more than 1,100 m³ of domestic timber, including forests owned by the Mitsui Fudosan Group, as structural materials. Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, we expect a reduction of CO₂ emissions during construction by approximately 30% compared to ordinary steel-framed office buildings (*1).
