The largest and highest-rise wooden rental office building in Japan will be established in Nihonbashi, and Mitsui Link Lab will be established. As a next-generation environmentally friendly office building, compared to general steel-framed office buildings of the same size, it is assumed that CO2 emissions will be reduced by approximately 30% (*1) at the time of construction in the frame. In addition, it is planned to be implemented with film-type perovskite solar cells, which are attracting attention as a lightweight and flexible next-generation solar cell.
