"Mitsui Link Lab Shinkiba1" opened
The second building in the Shinkiba area is also planned, and Mitsui Link Lab Kashiwa-no-ha (tentative name) is scheduled to be completed.
In 2023, we will set up four buildings.

(hereinafter referred to as "Mitsui Lab & Office") has opened its first new rental lab facility and the second installment in the Mitsui Lab & Office business near the center. Mitsui Fudosan is also planning a second building in the Shinkiba area, and Mitsui Fudosan's new asset class, Mitsui's Lab & Office, will move to the next phase, following office buildings, housing, commercial facilities, hotels and resorts, and logistics facilities.
