Mitsui Fudosan established RISE-A, a general incorporated association, to create an industrial support community that connects technology and needs by leveraging the knowledge of “industrial developers” as the stage for new co-creation for industrial creation in the semiconductor field.

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Toshi Ueda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan") and semiconductor-related volunteers led the establishment of RISE-A (Reading pseudonym: Rise-A, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroshi Amano (Professor, Nagoya University); hereinafter "RISE-A") and the recruitment of members will begin on July 16 (Wednesday). In October 2025, we plan to open a base in Nihonbashi and start full-scale activities.
