We have introduced a large number of wooden and fire-resistant technologies that will be applied for the first time in Japan, and use more than 1,100m3 domestic timber, including the Mitsui Fudosan Group's forests, as structural materials. Compared to general steel-framed office buildings, it is assumed that CO2 emissions during construction will be reduced by approximately 30% in the frame (*1).
