Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda) announced that it has joined the Innovation Square Phase III (tentative name) in Boston, Massachusetts, USA through its U.S. subsidiary Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc. (Mitsui Fudosan United States; Representative: John Kessler). The joint venture will be the Boston-based Related Beal, a partner of Related Companies, a partner in the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project in Manhattan, New York. In the United States, this is the fourth laboratory and office work in 2026, following the Innovation Square Phase II (Boston, Massachusetts) (solded in 2023), Tolley View (San Diego, California), and Mission Rock PhaseI (San Francisco, California), which participated in the business in 2021.
